Glass Home Terms of Service

These terms apply to Glass Home, a home screen (launcher) app for Android TV and Google TV. By installing or using Glass Home, you agree to them.

The app

Glass Home is provided free of charge for personal, non-commercial use. It shows your installed apps, a photo screensaver, and rows of videos from services you choose to connect, such as Plex and YouTube.

Your accounts

Connecting a Google or Plex account is optional. When you connect one, you remain bound by that service's own terms, including the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Terms of Service. You can disconnect an account at any time in Glass Home's settings. How Glass Home handles your information is described in the privacy policy.

Acceptable use

Do not use Glass Home to break the law or the terms of the services it connects to, or to access accounts or content you are not authorized to use.

Third-party content

Videos, images, and other content shown in Glass Home come from their respective services and owners. Glass Home does not host that content and is not responsible for it.

No warranty

Glass Home is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. It may change or stop working, for example when a connected service changes. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any damages arising from the use of Glass Home.

These terms may be updated from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version.
